    Thanks for the info guys... makes sense...

    I'm relieved!:rotfl::rotfl:

    (My situation, where you can use it against the same shop is of course the theory and excludes the Miss/Mr McTrout of Troutland situation where the checkout person doesn't simply accept the voucher - in theory there should be no problem as there's nothing against it in the T&Cs, what you can spend the voucher on - i.e. more grocery items, which could be the same ones again. But Ms McTrout might pick it up again.)

    In one of my stores, they seem now to have a Ms McTrout (a supervisor) watching over the till whenever an SA redeems a voucher from me. A little bit offputting, but they did let me redeem two without any problem otherwise against one shop last time. Which is precisely what they should do - as they were valid vouchers and nothing up on them (except they're actually less than they should be and going to CS later). I used a different store for some other perfectly valid, but more suspicious, low-value ones!

    Patty, your total is amazing, well done.
    My local car parks are so clean. I resorted to lurking in my car one evening when I saw the cleaner going round the car park with his 'grabber'. I wanted to see where he put the stuff he was picking up, hoping to determine which bin he put it all in. No joy, he disappeared into the store with it all. :mad:
    I may have resorted to FK's old trick of snaffling the bag from the bin, driving off, sorting it, grabbing the receipts and returning the bag to the bin.:o (I think it was FK, but I'm sure someone will correct me if I'm wrong).

    I had custom made shelving put under my stairs and its great as stops you just throwing stuff under there. Please be careful not to put anything flamable like some cleaning products as if you were to have a house fire you don't want anything to speed up the staircase burning.
    I just keep food stuff under there.

    I remember when I used to have fire reports done on a nightclub I used to run and we were not allowed to store anything under the stairs at all due to fire risk.

    Not something many people think about but really want us all to stay safe.
    So please don't use to store anything that will light up quickly.
