This is what I am getting - PP is there to check, but asking me to put code in, before I can open the PP - which hasn't appeared in the past. Anyone had this? Want to get off the zero list!
I had a virus on my old laptop not long ago and don't want to click on something unless sure other peeps have the same with their yopmail email - wasn't like it last time I used yopmail.

Was feeling a bit unwell last night. I was sweating and felt a bit spaced out. I almost rang my sister to come over but just went to bed early instead. Still felt a bit odd this morning. However after 3 hours of visiting Tesco Express and getting Finish I feel much better. Got enough for all the family. Its amazing how a glitch will make you feel better. Managed to get a couple of the 26+26 free boxes aswell. Pay day for DD today so now to extract her month's keep from her!!
She just asked me a favour. Her friend who lives in Bristol has been chucked out by her flatmate and is sleeping at various people's houses. She asked if she could stay at ours tommorow night and I said ok. She face timed her friend and when I saw how shaky and upset she was I said she could stay till Tuesday. She is originally from Leeds and is going home to her parents there on Tuesday.
I have met her Mum and my DD has stayed at hers so I thought it was the right thing to do.

  • Just a quick update

Daughter left home this morning at 6.15 for CA recruitment day. Arrived in queue at 11 am doors opened 1pm.

People were admitted in batches of 100 so after another wait she got inside.

She texted me a sad face at 3.30 saying it was not looking good.

Then taa daa 4.15 she rings bursting with excitement she has an offer of a place. It was her number 6 choice (she ranked them on the train journey!) and she is so happy - as am I!

She is going to New Jersey in June.

Thanks for the advice over the weekend especially the OP whose daughter had already been, sorry I can't remember your name.

This will be just what she needs!!

I seem to think at Asda you can get cakes with a photo of your choosing on the icing - I might have made that up though?
Balloons - would these be allowed?
The ward my mil was on didn't allow flowers so she never got to see hers so I would check this. Maybe something like a little primula in a nice pot plant might be better.
Some nice hand creams - I even give my dad hand cream
    slippers will be good

Thank you mhoc, balloons are a good idea, something for her to look at. I have a feeling everyone else will be bringing flowers as they are allowed in the hospice. :)

Good news is we will be allowed to take her in her bed to either the lounge area or the conservatory and have a little party for family and close friends. The Asda cake with a picture on will be a brilliant thing to get, will have to arrange that tomorrow. ;)

    Evening everyone. :):):)

Yes coaching and life guard duty as it is a waterside camp. It's a non profit camp so the guy said they sometimes take young people with challenging behaviour. She's not phased by it though she's a tough cookie and has done something similar before.

Very jealous of all your DW goodies, Elite. No express anywhere near me boooo!
