    You are aiming to buy things that would have been cheaper elsewhere. But you do need to separate the bargains at different shops.

    Normally, they hand one out with a purchase from the pharmacy or when you give them a prescription, but you have to sweet and mooch about a bit. Also depends on whether there is a trout or a normal person at the counter.
