Virgin Media Mobile Acceptable Use Policy

As of today Virgin include these new conditions

If your tariff includes unlimited data, then this is for mobile internet services and data consumption actually on your handset. It does not include using your handset as a modem to connect other devices such as laptops and tablets – also known as “Tethering”

Annoying as I was going to go over to Virgin but now will rethink... I wonder if they'll actually do anything if you do a little bit of tethering every now and then like I do with Tesco mobile who also don't allow tethering (I use an android phone)
