I didn't mean a link in the joint account sense of the word, that's why I tried to qualify it. I'm saying the system thinks it's your adverse because you had the same name at the same address.
I'm guessing. If anyone else has any better ideas, they are welcome to suggest them...
Lenders don't invent reasons not to lend. They don't have to. They've found something and you have to try to establish what it is... whether or not it's actually registered against you isn't the issue. The fact there's something means you are going to have to try to find out what it is.I am a mortgage broker.
