I'm not sure where I got the recipe for originally, or if I just made them up? It's basically cooked chicken breast(s), depending on how many people - we usually have 1 huge butchers chicken breast between the 2 of us - cut into chunks, floured, egged and breadcrumbed, then shallow fried. I usually put herbs in with the breadcrumbs, sometimes garlic, and will sometimes coat the chicken in either wholegrain mustard or pesto before breadcrumbing (no need for flour/egg then), it all depends on what you fancy!0 -
