You wouldn't dial a number that starts 00 without finding out a little more, so why be laid back about 07 (or indeed 08) without checking first?

So you have always checked every 07 number against the tariff sheet before you dialed? Really?
How many of us realise that 074413 isn't a regular number but 074433 is?
