How long before custardy is trying to defend them?
you stll haven't answered my question
I have been telling people for years they wont like what happens in RM.
did you really think cutting tens of thousands of staff has no impact on the service?
wait till you see the next round. this is the good old days0 -
Lets face it – when the bulk of all mail is ‘ordinary’ and has no identifying bar code or serial number, RM are not always going to be able to say, with absolute certainty, why a letter may have been delayed or lost.
They do their best and publish info on service delays for their customers http://www.royalmail.com/help-and-support/service-updates
and despite recent rises in postage rates, RM still offers very good value for money compared to other countries (http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/magazine-17614367)
Nice to see some 'bouquets' for RM0
