Do o2 have a short code number for customer service?

Do o2 have a short code number for customer service?
Or do customers have to pay to call o2 CS on their 0870 number (0870 are not included on new tariffs)?

Use 100 instead of 202. 100 is completely free from a pay monthly phone at all times and does not come out of your include minutes allowance.

you can ring o2 CS free on 0800 005 005 from a landline if you're pay monthly

If you are PAYG, just ring the top-up number and when it says press x for this and y for that just dont press anything. After 3 goes around it says it will connect you
