The change to the appeal process has been known since the Welfare Reform Bill was passed last year. I haven't previously heard about any consultaton exercise.0

A very worrying part is that:-
"There will be no time limit on how long this process can take."
No doubt the hope is the claimant will die whilst waiting or just give up!0
