Has everyone who has ordered received an email confirmation? and how long after ordering did you receive it?

    I still haven't had anything :(

I've just checked my emails from Thorntons. I placed my order on the 25th and got a confirmation email on the same day but cant remember how long after ordering it was, probably about 30 -40 mins. I then got a despatch email on the 28th and they were delivered this morning, 30th.

Another question, did anyone manage to open the zip file that was attached to their confirmation email? i tried but it says it cannot find the programme to open the file. :(

My confirmation email had all the order details within the email, I didn't have to open any other files.

Ignore all that, just worked out that the zip file actually contains the images shown in the email, in my email where an image should be it says see attached file.
Dont know why it has come through like that but never mind, nothing important.
  • I received my hamper today - the Christmas £150 one reduced to £50. Half of it was missing, the santas were smashed, so I contacted customer services and they gave me a 50% refund. Please check including the sizes as some boxes were only half sizes too.

Oh no thats not good :(

I don't suppose you have a list of what should be in it. It has obviously gone out of stock so i cant now take a screen print.
