So I picked up my new car, runs fine and I knew it had the problems with the M.O.T ADVISORIES listed.

Offside track rod end ball joint has excessive play (2.2.B.1f) (I'm guessing this part needed is for the drivers side?)

nearside front anti-roll bar linkage corroded but not seriously weakend
2.4.g.1

IT'S A RENAULT CLIO!

could someone please find me the parts for this on ebay please so I can buy it.

many thanks!

  • Why can't you search on ebay yourself. You know what car it is and they have listed the parts?
  • Type the reg in to somewhere like eurocarparts

Find your local motor factors or GSF or eurocarparts etc.

With the postage costs and ebay fees etc. You may find them cheaper.

And at least you'll know they're not cheap Chinese knock offs.

I found some parts on europarts but I'm not sure which one to get as there's so many! Plus I can't post links yet on here.

if someone can post me the parts for these two...

  • ring euro car parts up with your reg & they will give you the price of the parts, then find a garage to fit them you'll save money that way.

On europarts you put your reg in there with be a choice of NS and OS and then just down to the make.

Cheapest and OEM usually. OEM is probably the same part fitted at the factory but not in an expensive box.

Whats the issue. Choose cheap or dearest or midrange to suit your pocket or how long you want it to last.

Buy them and get a garage to fit is not a good idea. Your paying more for the part than they would anyway and if the part fails its your problem not theirs.

If fitting it yourself or a mate then yes. But supplying a garage with parts is not ideal. And not always money saving.

If you know its £15 for the part and they say its £30 then tell them you know the parts only £15.
