Neither bankrupt or any ccjs, there are around 4 accounts showing as delinquent I believe, I've no idea exactly what they are for.
There certainly shouldn't be anything within the last twelve months, as for mkdp I believe they are chasing me for money relating to royal bank of Scotland
I was basically pressured into setting up a premier account of some sort which I didn't even want when I was 18, I was told the account wouldn't be activated until i had put money into it, so I didn't pay a penny in, nor take it out obviously.
However they claim I owe them circa 450 pounds which for obvious reasons I refuse to pay, which has been passed on to the agency0 -
Hi Callam,
Okay, the four delinquent accounts, have they been marked as "satisfied" on the report? Or are they showing an outstanding balance?
Not sure what you are saying about the premier account. Is that mkdp? The mkdp account needs to be resolved whether or not you know anything about. If a CRA report says you owe that money then no-one else is going to want to want you as a customer whilst it is there. If the account is yours then it must be settled and if the account is not yours then it should be removed.
You are at risk of people making unhelpful posts if you stay in the credit card forum. Start a new thread on the debt-free wannabe forum in MSE and we can help/advise on resolving these issues. Everyone there is very supportive and friendly. You definitely will NOT be judged.I work within the voluntary sector, supporting vulnerable people to rebuild their lives.

Why is the OP at risk by posting in the credit forum and please point me to the unhelpful posts or point me to the posts where posters have judged the OP.
Pretty positive you're here to cause arguments IMHO and to wind people up to the point you get your own way and report them.0 -
I have posted a new thread in the debt free wannabe section0
