How is PlusNet Broadband Service?

Hi,
I am just moving houses. We were on the Virgin Fibre Optic line which was great and never gave us any problems. Unfortunately where we are moving, there is no fibre optic line, so its going to have to be ADSL.
So I am looking into other options. TalkTalk is definitely a no no, and PlusNet seems to be coming up as the cheapest.
Does anyone have internet with PlusNet? Are they reliable?

They were always fine when I had it. Changed providers now to get a package and connection nowhere near as reliable (Sky)**Debt Free as of 15:55 on Friday 23rd March 2012**And I am staying that way

What are your LLU options from samknows.com?No free lunch, and no free laptop0

None of those are LLU providers, not sure where you got that list from? So your options are limited to BT, or BT resllers such as Plusnet. You are presumably on a Market 1 exchange, so you won't get the cheaper Plusnet Low Cost Area rates. No free lunch, and no free laptop0

I had plusnet for years. On their top fibre package now. I find their customer support brilliant they actually respect that I'm deaf if they need me urgently they text me or call my partner.
I use it for gaming and watching video (a lot of video) and is all great. I used to have adsl with them at 6mb download and everything was good then as well.
The thing that really Let's them down is open reach. They are rubbish. Getting your connection setup or requiring a engineer visit means going through these guys and they are slow. .....0
