Hi, need a new multi fuel boiler stove and finding prices have really gone up. Has anyone got a Hercules 30 boiler stove and if so, how many radiators does it do comfortably? Have read some good and bad reviews about them concerning build quality and difficulty in getting them running properly. Any help and advice really appreciated. Thanks.

Hi, I've had mine for many many years. They used to be called AGATAR and were taken over by Brosley.

My stove comfortably does 4 radiators and the hot water, but it could easily accommodate 6 radiators. I'd say 4 large and 2 small.

No problems getting it going, or keeping it hot. Don't know about their construction today, but mine is solid cast iron and quite literally weighs a ton.
