BHS Aggressively and Covertly Trying to Sell OAPs Store Cards – Who do I complain to?

My reading of this thread is that the OP wants some form of "compensation" from BHS because her Mother was offered a credit card and thought it was a loyalty card.
The most likely outcome to any complaint is an explanation and apology from a store manager and some vouchers for any "distress".
It's just a "hearsay" complaint to which neither the OP nor her Mother can provide any proof.
I'm amazed this has garnered so many responses.0
