Thanks, I'll have to hope this one is ok then since this is the only tablet they sell in the store so don't know quite what I would do with store credit.
Need to find my receipt really!!0 -
That's very good customer service from ToysRUs then.

I found my receipt!!!!
Would you believe it was in the pocket of the coat I had on that day, I retraced being in the shop and suddenly remembered that my hands were so full with bags I put the receipt in my pocket, I've only worn that coat a couple of times since.
I was so happy when I found it... silly really.0 -

Right... replacement kurion tablet started having the same issues within 2 weeks of using...
So.. my question is, as this is now the second one to have the same issues am I within my rights to ask for a full refund sine I have my original receipt.
Also since I purchased the tablet using Love to shop vouchers with this confuse matters.
Thanks in advance0 -
Unfortunately, even with the receipt, you cannot demand a refund.
The retailer is within their rights to offer to repair or replace before offering a refund. However, you have had a good experience with Toys R Us, so it's probably worth going in and being nice and see what they do for you!0
