More Dodgy Estate Agent Advice Needed

Hi, yet again, more trouble with my estate agent. I went home at lunchtime to pick up post from my house and realised I didn't have my keys with me. No problem, the estate agents are just round the corner and they have a spare set. Went in, asked for my spare keys, estate agent refused. He went mental, said I was trying to…

Disgusting behaviour. I don't put anything past estate agents, but they still manage to surprise.

There's always exceptions to hard & fast rules.

No way I'd want someone like that holding the keys to my home either, good advice from BUN I think, I wouldn't leave their shop until I'd got the keys back, & if that meant hanging around & causing a scene, so be it.
