I rang last night and spoke to Lee at 8pm.
I rang and spoke to Malik Javid at 9.20am this morning.

I need ringing and telling my user name EXACTLY so I can get on the site. I need someone to take this as a COMPLAINT and reinstate the service. I need this to happen NOW.

    Since the service has to be reconnected by BT OR, your chance of getting it done any quicker than 5 working days is very unlikely, even if Plusnet were willing to try.
    If the account has been terminated then your user account will probably have been at the same time. But if it hasn't, then as long as you can pass PN security on the phone, then they should be able to 'remind' you of your username.
    Have you tried accessing it via your router's log in page? It should be stored in there next to the password, because you'll have had to enter it in there when you first connected to Plusnet.
    PS: your heading isn't exactly going to encourage the PN rep to assist you...
    No free lunch, and no free laptop ;)
