WhatAP addings contacts questions ? - help

On a samsung galaxy s3, and Dont have a contact number of a person,
and you download Whats Ap, then who is on whats ap?

1) Everybody who is on your contact list, with a smartphone who has whats ap?

2) After downloading it, and seeing yor contacts, if you 'insert' a new contact telephon number
of somebody who isnt on your mobile or sim, then

assuming they are on whats ap, then
do they automatically get added to whats ap ?

3) Do they get a notification that I have added their contact, and added them on whats ap ?
or they get NO notification ?

or do they just get a 'new' person added to their whats ap list, without them knowing? (if their list is big)

or wil they get a message saying "Person ME has been added to your whats ap list"

2) They should appear, but if you want to contact them immediately, you may need to use the 'refresh' option in WhatsApp.

3) No notifications, you'll appear in their contacts list once they use the App.

and how do you go to the refresh option? what are the steps? to get there?

You know the time you see on peoples whats ap profile, for what time they last logged in, I can no longer see that time on one of my contacts,
(there is no recent time, showing on the log in)

does that mean they have removed me ? from their contact list?

Click on the pen symbol, that will give you the full list of available contacts, Menu- refresh.

It could be that they have blocked you or it could be just that the system has a bug.

I didn't write that did I?
I said click on the pen symbol to get the full list of contacts, then while on that screen click menu to get the refresh option, then press refresh.
