Not much you can do unless there is some CCTV about and you can access it.

Try a scrapyard for a new bumper.
make the most of it, we are only here for the weekend.
and we will never, ever return.
  • buy a new bumper from the scrap yard, fit it yourself and forget it ever happened.

mutter a word of it to your insurance company and that £2000 will jump right up.
As there's no witnesses and no idea of who did it, there's not much you can do to trace them.
  • Thank you for your replys well hopefully karma will come back to them
also just makes me think im not that upset as the car aint worth much but if i have a better car in the future and the same thing happens then that would be horrible shame there is not much that can be done same as when someone feels like they wanna run there key along your car
  • Karma did get them.. they smashed the front of their car ;)

Don't report it to your insurance company. The cost of next year's premium will be higher than just getting a new bumper.

Either get a new bumper from a scrapyard, ideally a traditional one that will let you take it off the car yourself ( = free practice run!) or just put some gaffer tape over the hole.

Theres one near Edinburgh too. I was like a kid in a sweetie shop, used to love going to them years ago.

U-pull-it as well, unfortunately you're buying access to the car for a few hours so not worth it for one or two items.

    Really Wow!
I'm surprised that the health and saftey Nazis have not banned this, in fact I'm surprised they haven't closed scarp yards altogether for being too dangerous :naughty:
