    Ovivo is certainly the cheapest: 100 mins, 100 texts, 400mb free each month.

    AFAIK you can get it in Northern Ireland, but best to double-check.

    In terms of coverage, Ovivo works on the vodafone network, so is only as good as VF is in your area.
