they dont just deliver from USA, i have not mentioned USA. i have worked in a port when these have come in
Next time, check the boxes.
DHL Global Mail is what you are seeing, not DHL express (although DHL Global Mail can also be air freighted)
You didn't mention the USA, we did, as thats where the OP ordered from.0 -

i have worked at a port when DHL express parcels have arrived in a ship container.
yes this is not feasible if you have a few items to send, but if you are a supplier in say china and have 1000+ parcels to deliver it is cheaper to place them in 20ft container and have them shipped over all in DHL express packaging0 -

DHL packaging, yes, maybe, but not express service.
Trust me ring them and ask them for express sea freight.
It doesn't exist.0 -

no it was DHL express packaging, as stated for small orders it would not work, but for large amount that would fill a 20ft container it would be cheaper than a plane, especially if they were coming from a single source0 -

It might be cheaper. No one is arguing that.
However you cannot run an express service by shipping container, unless it's travelling a very short distance. The ships simply aren't fast enough.0 -

Cheaper but certainly not faster, hence why DHL offer both options. Their website is very clear, express deliveries are by plane, not ocean freight.0 -

1 vs many.
What you see is a container full of boxes in free DHL packaging.
It does not change the service description and method of transportation.0 -

the boxes and bags were cleary marked in DHL Express. i will inform DHL they must stop their busiess until they visit MSE as they knowe their business more than them.0 -
Go to a parcelforce depot.
You will see FedEx and UPS packaging passing through the network.
Does this mean its a FedEx or UPS shipment? of course not.
I would inform DHL someone is misusing their express DHL packaging.
And please, stop making out you know DHL's express business when you don't even work in the industry.0
