Ahhhh read the link sounds like what I have.

that black sad face keeps coming up saying shockwave crashed.

slows down and crashed netbook.

tried going through unistallying programs

lots randon oberron media and realtrek which delted but still same problem.

cant see how to veiw extensions on chrome.

This will show your chrome extensions.

Download OTL by Old Timer from the link below and save it to your Desktop.

LINK

• Double click on OTL.exe to run it.
• Click the Quick Scan button.
• When it's finished , two Notepad files will open.
  • OTL.txt <-- Will be opened
  • Extras.txt <-- Will be minimized
• Please post the contents of OTL.txt in your next reply.

You may have to split the contents of the notepad file over multiple posts.

Good news thanks for all advice,

found extensions and one add on shop something.

wet on fb no more ads with dial a bride, naked ladies or manange your debt adds.

On here no more underlined words in blue with dodgy liks like i phone 5.
or this womasns 50secret of youthful skin:)

baffled what all the programs I deleted were.

The only thing not sure of is silverlight needs updating message.

The plug in messages at top of tool bar and black sad face gone now too.
