Unfortunately we would need to be able to access the account in question in order to help further.

Your mum can call us on 0844 822 8000 if she wishes to speak to an advisor regarding this issue. Alternatively she can view her account via our website and add an email address to it via the 'My Account' page. Once an email address is stored she (or an authorised 3rd party) can email us off that email address and we will be able to access the details and assist.

We are very sorry to hear that this is causing upset and stress and would like to help.
