Take it easy, keep your dressing gown on at all times so no adult asks you to do anything, accept all offers of help ( and that doesnt mean holding baby whilst you make tea, hoover etc...that means making you a cuppa, cooking your tea, hoovering for you!!!)on't give up on breast feeding ( it's very MSE!)...and sleep when baby does...
Sorry if I sound bossy...but it'll all help I promise.
