Anyone have an experience of buying car warranty’s ?
Options
Not even sure this is the right forum, but I guess one of the op’s will move it if not…
I’m looking to get a new (second hand) car in the next few days and I keep being told I have to have this AA warranty they all seem to be pushing ?
I’ve done a bit of searching round and found that the price being quoted is way over the top compared what’s on the net. I’m being told that 12 months is £395 where I’ve just found better cover for £180 (http://www.warrantydirect.co.uk/ ).
Anyone have/used these and can tell me if they’re any good ? Do they really pay up, or, like most insurance, try to wriggle out of it ??

Jon 01,
I have moved your thread to the motoring board. To delete a thread if you choose 'edit' (at the bottom of your post), you then have the option to deleted the post. If you are the original poster (OP) then the thread will be deleted, if not only your post in the thread.Torgwen.....................
