Cheapest SIM only deals for internet use on phone abroad.

I have a Samsumng Galaxy 2 tablet with WIFI and 3G and I am going to Laos, Vietnam, Cambodia and Thailand in a few weeks time. I will need to use the internet when I am in those countries. Hopefully I will be able to pickup WIFI connections in hotels, but when I am out in the street I will need to have a sim card for data usage. Can anybody advise whether there are any PAYG SIM only cards available in the UK which can be used for the internet in those countries and which are the best deals.

buy the countrys own sim

As above, buy a local SIM on arrival, it will be much cheaper than getting it here-and you'll know that it will work.

Thanks. I will try and get one in Vietnam and Thailand. I am only in Laos and Cambodia for a couple of days each country and probably won't have time to search around for mobile phone shops.
