Can someone clarify the following, please:
iPhone under warranty. Sent for repair. Mobile replaced for new phone by company.
When does the warranty start? When the contract was originally taken out or when the new phone is provided.

Is it new or a refurb? Most likely it will be a refurb.
Usually the balance of the old warranty or 90 days (refurb)/ 1 year (new) , whichever is the longer.0 -
