The same playback capability that was first introduced with Vista Home Premium? Microsoft paid licensing fees for that.short cuts
Like these? Shutting down is a bit awkward though:- Press Ctrl+Alt+Del.
- Use the Tab key to move to the Power icon. A list of shutdown options appears.
- Use the up or down arrow keys to get to the option you want.
- Press Enter.

- Alt+F4
- Select Shut Down (which seems to appear by default so I generally just press Enter here)
