    You have no contract with Capital Bank, and they are quite right that the broker you enaged to sell the caravan was acting on your behalf and not their behalf. No point in trying to sue him though, he has gone out of business. Presumably you are paying Black Horse Finance for the caravan via direct debit or standing order form your bank account - you could cancel the DD or SO, but then Black Horse Finance would probably pursue you through the courts for the money you owe them - repossessing the caravan from you is impossible, as you no longer have it in your possession.
