ATM crashed and swallowed my card. Happened to you? Advice for complaints/ claims?

I put my link debit card in an ATM today (Sunday). The screen was not displaying any fault warning at the time. The card went in the slot and just as it went inside the machine, the screen promptly went blank. The ATM had crashed. I waited there as it went through the whole reboot, and after about three minutes it returned…
