I moved house a few months back so decided to take out a catalogue so that we could buy new pans, curtains, utensils etc etc...

First order I did, 1 set of pans £24.99 and 1 set of plates/cups/cutlery for £44.99

Brilliant all I had to do was wait for it to be delivered.

2 weeks later I contact them as I still hadn't received anything, they informed me that I should wait for 14 working days.. that afternoon I decide to go to the back garden and promptly trip over a wet dirty broken box. Upon opening I see that it is my pots and pans. parcel 1 of 2. I wouldnt have minded, but there is no access to my back garden only a brick wall and with the dents in the box where it was (10 foot from the wall) I can only assume a less intelligent delivery guy threw it over the wall.

Fair do's thats not Simply Be's fault so I inform then and tell them im also still awaiting parcel 2 of 2.

14 working days passes and still no parcel, I check online at the delivery status it says "parcel with carrier" so I again contact them to ask where it is and they tell me to wait a further 7 days.

7 days passes and still no parcel, it still says "parcel with carrier" in my tracking screen.

So, once again I email them and they tell me that the parcel was delivered and that I must fill out and sign a letter to confirm I hadnt received the parcel.

Ok so a week later I receive this letter, fill out and sign and return. I hear nothing until I get my statement, which now has an added £1.99 delivery charge and parcel 2 that I still hadnt received.

I contact them again and I get told that they are still processing the letter an that it will be sorted. I look online a few days later and its still on my statement. I contacted them again to be told they didnt receive the letter and that they will send me a new one.

Obvioulsy frustrated by now, 2 weeks later I have

They are a mail order catalogue firm. Surely they have a phone number?

All the charges will be removed when you receive the letter, fill it in and send it back.

I assume you have paid off the other item? If the only thing on the account is the missing item it will get sorted eventually. I wouldn't get stressed about it
