For those that didn't read it carefully, the OP has sold the tablet to someone else but is trying to claim the cashback and has no note of the serial number.

Simplest answer is to contact the buyer and goe 50/50 with them I'd say.... be quick as there's strict deadlines as to the claim window.

And remarkably Amazon don't seem to note any serial numbers of any electrical items I've ever bought from them.... surely open to abuse!?!
