At the moment I am on broadband with o2 coupled with a PAYG mobile and BT line. I was thinking of changing to Tesco for broadband unlimited and telephone all calls package. But I have read a lot of comments about the customer service being dreadful from them and now do not know what to do. I would save about £5 a week if I do change. What advise would you give me?

Same advice as above, look at samknows for your LLU options. Tesco is just a resold BT Wholesale product.

Tesco BB is hosted by Cable & Wireless, and is available LLU.
  • We have just moved to Tesco Broadband.

There was abit of a mess up in the switch over, where tesco left us without internet service for 5 days. (they cancelled my BT internet and started their service before they had even sent out the router and welcome pack).

Apart from th slow delivery of the Welcome Park, the calls to them were all very helpfull and apologetic. They awarded me 500 Clubcard points for the inconvenience caused.

Broadband does seem a little slow at the moment but it said on the instructions that the speed may vary for the first two weeks.
I am hoping it will settle down soon.

Yes probably plus.net at the moment irritatingly, as they are really bt.

They are doing the first year half price with unlimited usage which makes them pretty unbeatable at the moment. Some cashback is available as well.
