i tried to sign up with another provider today - was told that i have to cancel my old provider first before they can even take my order. then i must wait for 10 days or so before they can connect me - 2 weeks without internet access is quite a dis-incentive to change....did bt invent it? ;-) why can't they operate the…

Surely its what suits each individual, ukonline ties you down to a 12month contract, F2S you can cancel at anytime. (you never know whats around the corner) I only need 10gb per month and at £19.99 per month is the best deal for me at the moment.
