Yes they can, contact a professional unlocker. Should cost you about £20.

I jumped on the bandwagon and from the "Grabbit while you Can" thread ordered from Gratton the pink Samsung E900 with 02 sim which is winding its way to me. Some folk reported they have found when delivered they are unlocked some are saying they are locked.

I have to use Orange on contract for work so need to use my Orange sim. Now, I need to know if this phone is locked to O2 will I be able to get it unlocked easily. I was stung a few months ago buying a phone that was "blocked" so a sheer waste of money just because I was attracted to it. This E900 is £80 and by all accounts a bargain but not if I cannot unlock it.

Your advice would be most welcome.

You will have to wait until you receive it, as to if it's unlocked, but if it is locked, it can be unlocked.
