I have a motorola V635 on O2 that needs to be unlocked, I know it cant be done by code so just checking if any helpful soles in Edinburgh have access to the equipment to save me paying an unknown market stall... Long shot but maybe...

test point only. you will have to get this done at a shop/market stall or pay orange £20 (safest option)

with a test point unlock, this phone has to be opened up which invalidates the warranty

Not a test point now. You can do it by by using "logs" from an unlock site.

I have W850i on orange. I asked about unlocking it. well i phoned orange and she charged me £20.

this is cheaper then any links at momment and prob best solution

L6 isn't test point now, it's doubtful if a market stall will have the stuff to do it yet

You could get it done by imei though which saves messing about with cables
