Kebab shops - advice

What is the least processed meat to be found in kebab shops? I'm guessing avoid all burgers and doner kebabs, only buy lamb or chicken shish (the skewered diced chunks of meat). Of course it would be good to not eat in them at all, but I found myself hungry at midnight last night after going out, you know how it is. Just…

We have a kebab once every couple months, I love the Chicken Kebabs - diced, large chunks of Chicken breast in a simple marinade with loads of crunchy salad.. I can think of worse, more greasy takeaways
