I got my price off a builder I know and trust and he only gave me that after seeing the bungalow.

When you actually look at what the OP is asking for, to my mind you are not a million miles off, even considering I'm a Northerner and don't believe southern prices:eek:;);)

But as said, the guy thats touting for the job knows the real cost.

2.8 x whatever does seem odd but could be useful.

I would add that every 100mm over that 2.8mtr would outway the actual cost in practicality terms;)
