Thankyou for your help, the seller dont stop messenging me the son now, saying i havent a case as i got the phone unlocked and messed around with the settings. It doesnt matter if unlocked or not, the phone is blacklisted with vodaphone. Hes also said hes mum has rang vodaphone, ebay and paypal and they have all said apparently not to message me anymore on ebay through the revoultions, and im in the wrong here. But he aint with a phone he sold me not working and been black listed !Won 2010: Butlins 5 day Break and £250, 1 yr Virgin Active membership, Meal for 10 at Best Parties Ever, skyline 2011 dvd.

I really do not understand your posts. I hope the comments you have made in the resolution centre are clearer.
Is the case escalated? If not, escalate it and wait for a decision.
It is difficult to know what the outcome will be as you are far from clear on this thread and the other you started. But you will need to wait to see if they tell you to send it back.
When you get the decision, update here before you do anything.0 -

Are you getting your terms mixed up? Unlocked just means you can use the phone on any network.
What does the Checkmend report actually say? It'll tell you whether it's currently or has ever been blocked by the network, whether it's been reported as lost or stolen, etc. Have you uploaded this report to Paypal (I assume you can, never tried to upload anything before) or supplied them with the link?0 -
