Can I sign up to Plusnet without MAC code yet?

I want to sign up to Plusnet this weekend before the Topcashback deal expires. My existing ISP (Zen) have been a bit slow at issuing a MAC code so I can migrate. I spoke to Zen yesterday who promised to email me the MAC yesterday afternoon but it didn't arrive and their customer services don't work weekends :(

If I sign up to Plusnet online today do they need the MAC now or can I give it to them next week after I've contacted Zen again? I will also be moving my phone from BT to Plusnet at the same time.

    You should be able to sign up online and provide the MAC by phone on Monday.
    No free lunch, and no free laptop ;)

    They placed my order on hold for 7 days while they awaited my mac key. Got it to them the next day and the order continued.

    I signed up yesterday through TCB, and the cashback has not tracked yet, so not looking good.

    I signed up without my MAC migration code, but has called Plusnet today to provide it to them. Installation is now planned in 11 days.

    mine took a day to track, i got an "you've got a new credit to your account" email.
