Well do it via email as they suggest, use form N9 and email the response back to mcol, print out and scan it back in to do that, if you don't have a scanner then take a good photo of it and send to them.

This will be the first UKPC claim we've seen then! Please show the MCOL claim form so we can read the details & particulars of claim (cover your address/name and claim number). If this is real (not a fake/draft from UKPC or from 'Small Claims Solicitors') we'll help you to defend it as that's something we do here regarding ParkingEye and other claims. UKPC have never done Court before so we are hardly quaking in our boots at the thought of their performance at any hearing if ever they try!

So let's see the claim form please, suitably redacted to protect your ID. Forgive us please if we will only believe it if we see it - it would be a first! If it's real we can help with a robust defence.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Well mcol is back working now, so have you acknowledged the claim yet? We want to help you, but you must do as we say if you wish to defend this claim , if it's real of course! The claim form must come from the courts not ukpc
