Cheap 3D Glasses for LG 50PM680T

Recently bought this 50" plasma telly, and am very pleased with it, apart for the fact that, even after shopping around, I still had to fork out a further £35 for a single pair of AG-S350 3D specs ... far too expensive to kit out all the family!
After doing a lot of searching on the internet, I was still unable to find any cheaper compatible alternative.
Doing a bit of research into the bluetooth technology involved, I began to suspect that the Samsung SSG-4100GB might possibly do the trick.
Took the plunge, and ordered a pair from Curry's and am pleased to report they readily paired with the TV and appear to be fully functional ... at only £14.99!
I would imagine they should be OK with other LG active shutter plasma models using bluetooth technology for synchronizing the specs. (2012 models only)
Would be interested to know if anyone else is using them successfully.

I have just bought the same TV set, and bought a pair (2) of Samsung 3D Active Glasses from Curry's for £29.95. They work perfectly with the LG set. Looking forward to the footy this afternoon!"There are not enough superlatives in the English language to describe a 'Princess Coronation' locomotive in full cry. We shall never see their like again". O S Nock0

Glad they are working OK for you ... that's a big saving!
I just wish I got wise to them sooner, before I forked out a rip-off £35 quid for the LG set0
