3 contract for ipad...

Hi not sure if this is in the right place or not..

We got an ipad on conract, paunf £25 a month for 24 months. Great.

Untill be got broken in and the theieving toerags took it, amongst other items such as xbox.

Anyway, we foolishing didt have any contents insurance at the time, nor anyindividualinsurance on the ipad.

My question is, is there any get out clause in the contract?
Just feel gutted we still have to pay for next 2 years, whilst some thug enjoys our ipad

I suspect i already know the answer, but worth a try.. I now have contents insurance by the way...

Your suspicion is correct.
Ask the network about the termination charge. It can be smaller than the total amount you'll pay over the remaining months.
