PlusNet Unlimited

I use NDO for Broadband and have done for years. I've had a few minor issues of slow connection, but always normally picks up speed after a few days and I haven't had any issue for a couple of years.
However since just before Xmas I can't get over 1.9mb, where I used to get up to 6.5mb, I've contacted NDO who advised BT are working / upgrading the local exchange and to give it a week. Now the guy next door (who has BT Broadband) is getting his normal full speed.....
So I'm considering switching providers, but where I live I don't seem to have much choice, no fibre and the maximum speed is 8mb. I'm paying at the moment about £17 for 25Gb
I see PlusNet Unlimited is £16.99, but is it UNLIMITED or capped in someway, also what's PlusNet like for being stable, there customer service if you having any issues and when switching is it easy or do they mess it up etc.
Cheers

I've been with plusnet since March 2010, and I would fully recomend them. And yes it truly is unlimited (no slow downs after a set amont).
Also I've found there customer services top notch (both over the phone and online).
From the £16.99, I would guess you are out the low cost areas. Which is a bit of a bummer, but you should get the first 3 months at £9.99.0
