its not realy incorrect because what i meant by 'interested' is interested in pursuing any form of action. if he has only sold one item then he has not comitted a crime anyway.
asking the seller where he got the item from is no big deal and i doubt the OP would be bothered. i think what he is bothered about is having enforcement action taken against him.0 -
Not True, the OP purchased conterfeit goods and then resold conterfeit goods
1 or 1000 it is still a counterfeit item and the OP can be charged
i suggest you read up on trade marks legislation and related case law. for an offence to be commited the action has to occur in the course of a business so you would have to show soem form of regularity or intenion to sell in the course of a business.
give what the OP has described there is no way you would even consider him to be a business unless he has indicated in his auction that he has loads more gear.0
