PlusNet Retentions?

Currently with PlusNet after migrating over when Vodafone stopped doing broadband. Currently paying £27 including VAT for 60gb cap broadband, line rental and anytime calls, plus caller display.
Do PlusNet have a retentions team? Is it possible to get a better deal out of them?

Depends on a) if you are within a minimum term or b) whether you are on a Market 2/3 exchange ; if you are aren't within the minimum period and not on a Market 1 exchange, then Unlimited internet should be available for ~ £6 plus £5 for Anytime calls -add on rental should bring it under £25 WITHOUT deal!!Just ring on the freephone number and ask for retentions. I suspect that you should be able to get it for ~ £20 all in if you are prepared to pay line rental in advance and commit to 12 months.0
