RayKay,
A good idea is not to look at just nice areas(always cost more money to start),more areas where there's some sort of regeneration, preferable in its infant state,or close to industrial/commercial/shops,people always want houses closer to jobs.2 kWp SEbE , 2kWp SSW & 2.5kWp NWbW.....in sunny North Derbyshire17.7kWh Givenergy battery added(for the power hungry kids)0 -
Ah, hi lessonlearned. I actually came across the millionaire thread the other day and noticed a post from you on there. I nearly jumped in to say hello...I'm not sure I have such lofty aspirations, but I love the positivity of the thread, people just figuring things out, moving forward, dealing with setbacks, then moving forward again...from the posts I read everyone on there has a great attitude.

How interesting that you're going to be doing something similar to me. We should definitely compare notes. I don't know anyone who does/has done this and I can see my friends' eyes glaze over when I talk about it.
Sounds like you have more than your fair share of commitments. But then maybe you're like me, and it's the thought of your husband and parents that are spurring you on to find a way to make the most of what you've got and build on it so you can provide well for them. That's certainly the case for me. I want to be around as much as I can for my baby, but still find a way to provide financially for him/her.
You're right, it will be fun. I can't wait to get started.

Thanks tunnel. I'll go exploring once I'm back to get acquainted with some nearby areas. Will also be good exercise for me and BabyKay.
