Moving from virgin broadband

Hi..can anyone help please?
I have my line with bt and Internet with virgin.
I am looking at either moving all to virgin..phone and Internet..or to virgin.
If I move to bt I lose my email address.. However can anyone tell me if my old emails on outlook express will stay on outlook and won't be lost. Nobody can tell me. ..

Do you mean Virgin Cable? Emails in Outlook express that are stored on your computer will stay there.
Why not get yourself a Gmail or similar account thats independent of your ISP.That gum you like is coming back in style.0 -
OP is presumably on Virgin National if they have a BT line.
As above, anything already in OE will remain there regardless of provider-the emails are already stored on your PC.
Another vote for GMail., which you can set up to download into OE.No free lunch, and no free laptop
